08.05.2011 - Our CD productions "closed doors" and "another view" are mixed, but unfortunately we had to published them in spring 2012. We hope you will understand our decision, cause after all we can't continue like nothing was happend. We need time and distance for a new, customized orientation.

03.26.11 - The acoustic CD is ready, but we're not able to release it now. We had to chancel our acoustic concerts cause of leaving of our guitarplayer and we couldn't find a pianoplayer.

12.29.10 Still hard work on our new Releases "Closed Doors" and "Shade acoustic" - we hope to fix it in spring ! Still searching a labeland distributor for our new releases.
10.07.10 Some news since a ong time, cause of lots of work...
- Kevin has left the band for personal reasons. Jörg is again our solid drummer.
- After our acoustic-gig at the "theArter" gallery we decided to start a acoustic project called "Shade acoustic".
We play our popular Shade-songs in a new guise. For this we have found Alex who will support us on the guitar. There will be an acoustic-CD release this year, which will be released before the main album, "Closed Doors".
-There is a photo exhibition coming up by Chris Rennier which will carry the same title as the new CD. The photo exhibition will be opened in September with an acoustic concert, and individual pictures will be seen as a foretaste soon on our page.
-The publication of the new CD "Closed Doors" is therefore postponed to October. Unfortunately, we could not keep the summer time, as we preferred a good production and the acoustic project proved to be more time consuming than planned.
02.03.10 the next concert will be the first unpluged session from us ! We play at the 27th of March at theArter gallery in Berlin Lichtenberg with Tunes of Dawn. We play a selection of our program in a very new style...
02.02.10- the last two month are gone so quickly with all of the studiowork. the new CD "closed doors" will be released in july, but sooner there will be some songs available on some online stores. More about that soon...

11.05.07- Now the time is getting harder, we have lost Dirk, so we are searching for a new
guitarplayer. The Recordings are on hold for now. But don't worry, we have changed
our program, so we can still play live.

In the coming new year we will have a lot of work to do, the seriousness part of recording has come...
We playing at the "DARK EASTERN 2007" Festival in Berlin "Kulturbrauerei".
We going on stage on the 6th of April. There will be a lot of other bands from Berlin,
to show all of you ,what kind of sweet music Berlin can offer.
The first step of our recording is done. Now we getting on to the drums...
After all these concerts we have found the way back to the studio. Now we're working at
the new CD and we hope to release it by April 2008. If there is a possibility to get
on stage,we will send the date to all of the NEWSLETTER-MEMBERS..
The free concert at the A18 INFO (Berlin ) on the 4th of November is confirmed.
We play two sets, so that you have the chance to hear some rearely played songs like
"son of the rising moon" or "description of a shading war"...

The hopefull possibility to get a female singer in the near future is gone.
we have added a new section called „CONCERT DATES", for all who want
to get an overview of our live activities in the future.

The Concert at the J.W.D Spandau was great. We will thank all guest for this
nice evening.
The Darkball Event was marked with Problems born by the landlord. But at all
we have fixed it all and could play a nice concert.
The Event "DARKBALL" is confirmed!
On the 9. of June soccer on a big-projektion-screen "Germany- Costa-Rica"
from 6 pm in the beer garden.
the party starts with DJ Spider until 8.30 pm.
The Golden Apes enter the stage at 11pm, and be sure Shade of Shambles will follow.
At 1 am the After Show Party starts to the morning light.

The time has come to approve Dennis behind the drums of shade. The work into
two Bands has over timed him, so he had decided to leave us for the other projekt.
But never mind, cause we have found a new drummer, lets se how it will work togehter.

As surprise Iris visited us on Friday from Sweden in our exercise-room.
So there was a lot to talk and after that we start the female vocal recordings
till 9 o'clock in the morning.

The recordings at our new CD is still in work.... We will finished in January.

The concert at Club23 called "Wave meets Brit pop" is cancelled.

The concert is played, and we are happy that we could take it cause of bog problems.
Our Drummer Dennis is caught by a nice virus how let him lay down, so we had
to play with "Herbert" our Drummaschine. We had to fixed the playlist very hard,
but after some discussion, decided to play.

Iris Flemming wouldn't be with us for a longer time. Her way has let her moved to Sweden. Here is a picture with the reason of her decision to move away from Germany. We hope she will be happy so far away in the Neverland... |
